Architect, Site Manager, Engineer Tendering and awarding of contracts for building construction (m/f/d)

You will create detailed performance directories for works and factory services. You carry out quantitative determinations for performance directories and control the planning, taking coordination with the construction or project management and the planners. You are involved in negotiation talks with tenderers, answer technical questions about tender documents and help in compiling order documents. You participate in the creation of bidding lists, price levels and award proposals and assist in coordination with construction, project management and purchasing. You read external performance directories and prepare them for further processing.

You have a completed training or study in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification. Provides a sound technical understanding and multiannual experience in the procurement management or the tendering of construction services. Have profound knowledge of AVA software, e.g. RIB iTWO. You work independently and you enjoy your decision.
