Electrical engineers (m/f/d)

You work on exciting large and complex maintenance projects of the construction and property company Cologne with demanding electrotechnical requirements and a high level of technical equipment. You provide independent HOAI services in the field of electrical engineering. You contribute to the selection and execution of freelance services. You are responsible for the expert accompaniment, quality and performance testing of externally commissioned architectural and engineering offices and exporting firms. You are in close coordination with the interdisciplinary project team and the client. Compliance with qualities, costs and dates is your responsibility.

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) in the fields of electrical engineering and Energy and building technology or a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technicians or in the field of electrical engineering and an at least six-year relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering allowances (e.g. by certificates of work) as well as participation in additional continuing and continuing training (supplementary evidence). Further requirements: You ideally provide professional experience in project teams with additional qualifications and specializations. You have knowledge of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) and implement it accordingly in the real estate and business context. You have a sense of cost and service, negotiation skills, safe occurrence and presentation. Ready to work in new work processes A high level of commitment, organisational capacity and team spirit are expected You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You agree to a security check of your person. It would be desirable to have a capacity to lead a service car.

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
