We are looking for CNC machine operators (m/w/d) in the areas

• Chipboard production
• Metal production

These tasks await you:

Chipboard production

• They operate, monitor and maintain the plant and introduce it
• In addition, implement and optimize existing programs
• You optimize tool insert and plant performance
• Incoming orders work on the basis of piece lists, drawings or work plans
• Check and measure the parts produced using test plans and drawings
• They support repairs and maintenance of plants

Metal production

• They equip, operate and monitor the entire system, in particular pipe bending machines and pipe laser cutting systems with handling robots
• You anticipate programming or program adjustments
• In addition, optimize workflows
• They work in the basic maintenance of the systems and troubleshooting in the event of a malfunction.
• Check and measure the parts produced using test plans and drawings

That's what you bring:

Chipboard production

• You have completed vocational training as a carpenter *in, wood mechanics *in or comparable
• They bring knowledge in the handling of computer-controlled woodworking machines with
• In addition, you have experience in programming with WoodWop/Imawop/Albatros/CNC-Hops
• You like to work independently, independently and team-oriented
• The work in multi-layer operation is not a problem for them.

Metal production

• You have completed vocational training in metal processing
• They bring knowledge in the handling of computer-controlled machines (e.g. pipe/bleach laser machines, pipe bending machines) with
• With your independent, self-responsive and team-oriented work, as well as your quick understanding, you can actively contribute to our team
• You have basic PC skills
• The work in multilayer operation is not a problem for you
