You shall examine annual reports or Annual financial statements of capital management companies, managed special assets and investment funds in the form of partnerships and public limited companies (in all constellations conceivable according to KAGB, such as special and public AIFs, in open and closed form) and deal with all issues relating to accounting, assessment and regulatory requirements Through the increasing importance of ESG or sustainability in our industry, you are dealing with current standards and laws – in particular the disclosure and taxonomy regulations – and are also developing our consulting approach

Very good German knowledge - we communicate with most clients in German Complete economic studies, ideally with a focus on auditing Good to very good professional experience in the examination of annual reports or Annual accounts according to KAGB of corporations, special assets and investment funds in the form of partnerships and public limited companies Ideally good to very good knowledge of regulatory issues from the KAGB as well as relevant EU regulations and EU directives
