You process incidents and service requests and analyze errors and technical requirements. The second-level support for SAP EWM is part of your responsibility. For complex questions, you work closely with third-level support and develop sustainable solutions together. Internal users as well as departments advise you on logistical processes in the SAP environment. Create and maintain documentation and continuously develop solutions, processes and best practices. The optimization of support processes, knowledge management and support standards will drive you forward actively. Workshops and trainings help you prepare, carry out and follow up. Together with the departments, you identify optimization potentials and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SAP EM processes.
You have a successfully completed degree in economics, computer science or comparable qualification. Experience in SAP support and/or SAP consulting – ideally in the field of logistics, warehouse management or intralogistics – will bring you with us. A good knowledge of SAP EWM as well as basic knowledge of SAP MM are yours. First experiences in customizing and debugging for error analysis are of advantage. Analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working belong to your strengths. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines complete your profile. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. A self-responsible operation as well as a high service and customer orientation complete your profile.
