To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d), which combines operational excellence with strategic vision and actively develops our financial processes. Operational tasks Accounting ⦁ Output calculations (for at least 12 months) ⦁ Representation of holidays in the processing of invoices Controlling ⦁ Creation and further development of internal reporting ⦁ Investor Reporting Planning and Forecasting ⦁ Creation of business plans ⦁ Planning and control of PEX and OPEX budgets Special projects ⦁ Cooperation with applications for funding ⦁ Support in due diligence processes

Strategic tasks ⦁ Analysis, optimization and implementation of an efficient treatment of international sales tax ⦁ Automation of sales realization (e.g. via stripe) ⦁ Automation of the interface between Stripe and DATEV ⦁ Perspective: Selection and implementation of a new financial ERP system

Complete studies in finance, accounting, controlling, economy or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in finance, ideally in a fast-growing or digital environment Very good knowledge of accounting, controlling and financial planning Experience with DATEV, Stripe as well as automation of financial processes Good knowledge of turnover tax, ideally international Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Analytical thinking and pronounced hands-on mentality
