facts: Place of training: Breuberg (Hessen) Length of training: 3.5 years Start of training: from August 2026 In your training at Andros you work directly on our food production facilities – from maintenance to repairs to reinstallation. You learn to build installation circuits, create schematics and program controls. Technology meets responsibility – become part of our maintenance team!

Training in the maintenance workshop, e.g. the construction of installation circuits, the development of layer plans and controls by means of function sheets, programming and wiring of PLC controls Training in production: knowledge of production machines, repairs, new installations and maintenance work In the case of very good services, we encourage a shortening of the duration of training

A good school degree, especially in the core subjects German, Mathematics & English and Physics Handicraft skills & technical understanding Logical, coordinated and careful work Reliability, ownership & self-discipline German and good knowledge of English
