Personnel Administrator (m/w/d) Payroll

With around 3,500 people, we use our customers with deep technical understanding and innovative strength. We generated more than EUR 450 million in revenue in the last financial year. In order to better implement our growth strategy, we are looking for a workforce of around 800 employees at our Wiggensbach/Allgäu site:

Expert of the billing of charges: As part of our payroll team, you are responsible for the precise, timely and responsible implementation of the pay bill in SAP HCM. You always keep the company's concerns in mind and make sure that all tax and social insurance regulations are complied with. Contact for employees and managers: You are not only an expert in charge accounting, but also a reliable contact for our employees and executives. With your expertise, you can help them, answer questions about billing issues and support tax and social insurance issues. Keeper of time and data flow architect: As guardian of our time, you are responsible for the care of our time tracking system and take care of the care and management of our personal master files and files. Your care and reliability ensure smooth management of employee information. Expert of reporting and certification: With your organizational institution and your view for details, you will ensure that all notifications to offices, authorities, social security institutions and health insurance funds are processed in a precise and timely manner. Through your professional appearance and your strong service thoughts, you are struggling with external partners. Data analysis and reporting: You support your structured work with personal data in creating personal statistics, evaluations and reports. Your work contributes to the basis for decisions in the HR sector and to the further development of our processes.

Commercial training: Completed social insurance or commercial vocational training, ideally with additional qualification (e.g. IHK specialist personnel accounting, personnel specialist) or comparable qualifications. Industrial experience : Practice-proven professional experience in pay billing Technical know-how: Routinized handling of billing software, ideally with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors, as well as the MS Office programs Competence: Extensive knowledge of current tax, social security and labour law. Communication skills and team skills: Communicative, binding appearance as well as high customer orientation and team capability Self-employment and reliability: Self-responsible, reliable and careful operation
