Head of Department, Trade Register - Law / Administration (m/f/d)

You take over the responsible technical, disciplinary and organizational management of the Department of Craftsmen/Commercial Authorisations including exemption and exercise authorization procedures You advise in cases requiring a legal assessment and exceeding the discretion of the material handling You are contacting regulatory authorities, trade supervisory offices, circular trade unions, innations, IHK etc. and you are planning opinions and opinions You digitize and optimize management processes

You have completed university studies, preferably law, administrative sciences or a comparable subject You have knowledge of public law and the willingness to work on crafts and trade law You bring multi-year professional experience, ideally in a chamber, administration or similar organization You have strong leadership experience and a modern, authentic leadership style You have a digital affinity, very good office skills and a safe handling of digital management and documentation systems
