Internal Sales - Conveyor Technology / Customer Service / ERP (m/f/d)

You independently process the commercial business processes in the field of conveyor technology and energy supply systems (EZS). You serve national and international customers: in German and English. You create and track offers, accept orders and process them, monitor delivery dates and coordinate all necessary measures, including the invoice. You clarify customer requests at prices, delivery dates, payment and delivery terms as well as basic commercial queries. You take complaints and monitor them until successful completion. You support the export team in accreditation shops, coordinate and plan overseas shipments, container charges etc. You manage master data, buy merchandise, match suppliers and control invoices. You work closely with our technical office and the field service and support our colleagues in our subsidiary in Austria.

You have completed training as an industrial businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in sales. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are safe in handling MS Office and have basic knowledge of ERP systems. You have a pronounced customer orientation and a high service readiness. You work structured and organized and are characterized by a communicative and team-capable attitude.
