We are the Association Integration & Assistance (Via e.V.). As a non-profit association, we specialize in promoting the participation of people with disabilities. With the experience of over 40 years, we accompany the people we care about on their way to a self-determined life. The association consists of several facilities of special housing, an outpatient resident community and the outpatient area consisting of two encounters with the offers: qualified pedagogical assistance (QPA), simple assistance (EA), outpatient social psychiatry (ASP) and family assistance (FA). You support adult people with disabilities or mental illness in their own living area – individually, everyday and with a view to complex living areas. Your tasks include: Handling the disease psychosocial advice both in the long term and in acute mental crises Ensuring medical and therapeutic care Financial regulation clarification of legal and administrative matters Vocational integration Building and maintaining social networks Housing and maintenance Networking to the Hamburger Authority and Advisory System

Completed pedagogical training e.g. educators:in, HEP or studies in professions of social work / social education or comparable study directions - with heart for outpatient support. Identification with the guides and objectives of the Via e.V. Teamability and Valuable Cooperation Openness, commitment, empathy, reliability Ability to work independently and independently Ability to adjust to different clients: Motivation to unlock a new field of work Secure MS Office Knowledge
