For our personnel department we are looking for a:n specialist:in a weekly working time of 39.0 hours. The working time is distributed between Monday and Friday between 07:00 and 17:00.

Your duties as a specialist:in staff: Organisation and coordination of the use of DPAG overhang forces in the DP IHS Management of the time recording system for the control unit and for all overhang forces Contact function for employees inquiries for occupational retirement provision Application for support for employment of people with difficulty Creation of work certificates Organisation and implementation of jubilee processes Implementation of internal controls under our internal control system (IKS) Processing of hosting and travel expenses Control processes for compliance with legal requirements for residence permits/work permits

That's what you bring: Completed professional training in human resources and/or comparable qualifications with multiannual relevant professional experience Very good knowledge and experience in human resources management Good knowledge about the standard software MS-Office and SAP HCM
