My cooperation partner is a leading construction company with comprehensive expertise in all areas of construction. For many years, the company has established itself as a key player in deep and road construction and is now one of the most important sizes in the industry. At the closest possible time, an experienced superstructure manager / senior building manager (m/w/d) will be looking for civil engineering for the Bremen/Bremerhaven site. The focus is on the management of a large-scale development project in the double-digit million area, which extends over the fields of civil engineering, pipeline and grid construction and civil engineering.

Location: Bremen / Bremerhaven

Responsibility for the holistic management of a demanding civil engineering project Strategic leadership of a team of construction managers and technical support in operational implementation Monitoring the timely execution and budget framework and quality standards Intensive cooperation and communication with clients, public authorities and other project partners Coordination with contracting entities within the framework of construction site processing Check compliance with all relevant safety directives and legal regulations Coordination and verification of external service providers and suppliers, including contract design and follow-up processing

A completed study of civil engineering/construction technicians or a comparable qualification Comprehensive experience in managing demanding infrastructure and large-scale projects in the field of civil engineering Leadership and the ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams in a targeted and efficient way High level of organisational skill, pronounced communicative skills and convincing enforcement strength Embossed entrepreneurial thinking combined with safe negotiation skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
