Control of design and development processes: As a specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for the ongoing control of our conveyor systems as well as the connected subsystems and cutting points. Process development: You are driving proactive new concepts in the way, working on the optimization of IT and specialist projects and driving processes in terms of digitalization and automation. Project Management: As a Sparring Partner (m/w/d) you support both your team and leadership in developing new ideas and take over the management of projects including Budget responsibility. Agile methods: In your area of responsibility, you promote the use of agile working methods – continue to control IT service providers and ensure the quality of external services. Contact person for funding institutions: You support funding institutes for all questions, maintain the exchange in the close network and take care both of organizing and carrying out committee work. Education: You have successfully completed an economics-scientific study or completed an apprenticeship as a banker (m/w/d). Experience and expertise: Thanks to your long-term professional practice, you can safely control and implement process workflows in the funding and credit business as well as IT-sided or specialist projects. Passion for funding: You have a high affinity for all technical, process and digital aspects of the funding business and convince with their agility and digital communication skills. Special knowledge: Ideally, you have well-founded knowledge in handling the IT systems of the cooperative financial group. Economic thinking and action: In addition to a lateral leadership style, you will bring an economic understanding, customer orientation and negotiation skills. Language knowledge: Very good German in word and writing completes your profile.
