Team Leader Employee Restaurant (m/f/d)

In your new role as a team leader, you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of several teams and post managers in the area of employee restaurants and ensure a performance-oriented and team-oriented cooperation. You control and coordinate all production and process steps of the assigned postal areas and ensure a consistently high quality of food and its appealing presentation. Your responsibility lies in the creation, control and monitoring of personnel deployment planning – including ensuring compliance with work-time requirements as well as the implementation of employee discussions and regular team meetings. As a central contact person for quality topics, you ensure compliance with all relevant requirements (including HACCP, hygiene, safety and compliance) and work closely with internal interfaces and external service providers. In addition, you will develop new innovative menu and offer concepts (e.g. Climate Theke, HomeMade concepts, events and major events) and will participate in the development of new additional and special business. You are actively involved in projects, for example to further develop the service offering or to obtain awards that create added value and competitive advantage for the location. Last but not least, you will keep an eye on economic indicators and contribute to the economic viability of the sector through efficient use of goods, waste reduction and responsible use of resources.

Completed three-year vocational training, e.g. as a cook or baker, with several years of professional experience in gastronomy, catering or community catering, including proven team leadership experience. Multiannual knowledge in the gastronomic and commercial environment as well as sound knowledge in the food processing sector and in nutritional teaching. Very good professional knowledge of the relevant hygiene, HACCP, safety and health guidelines as well as a pronounced quality and compliance awareness. Successfully completed trainer training examination (AEVO) as well as pronounced leadership with team-oriented leadership style, very good communication skills and implementation strength. Technical affinity and safe handling of rational systems (e.g. combination dampers, flushing and kitchen technology) as well as understanding of modern kitchen technologies and their efficient use. Own-responsible, structured manner of operation, high degree of self-management as well as business-economic thinking; good PC skills in common office applications and ideally experience with SAP. Good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as basic knowledge of English. Applications for people with severe disabilities are welcome, and if appropriate You are taken into account.
