Coordination and monitoring of all processes of a construction project in compliance with technical and contractual requirements Control of progress, dates and costs, initiation of counter- or acceleration measures Coordination of all participating departments for efficient achievement Cost control, risk management, creation and documentation of red entries Ensuring HSE-compliant execution, documentation and reporting Presentation and representation of projects inside and outside

Complete technical or university training in civil engineering (e.g. civil engineering, civil engineering or comparable) At least 3 years of professional experience in the construction management of line construction sites or many years of experience in construction Knowledge of structured development processes in a group environment Detailed industry knowledge or military training of advantage Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Standing for occasional national and international missions
