We are an innovative carrier in Kiel-Elmschenhagen and are looking for an educational specialist / educator (m/w/d) for our Kita team from 01.11.2026.

Scope: 27.5–29.5 hours per week Remuneration: after TVöD SuE S8a

Your tasks

• You accompany children in everyday life and support their development in all areas of education and create a reliable, safe and affluent environment for children
• You test and document development processes of children and are in regular exchange with families
• You work closely together in the team and bring you into exchange and reflection
• You accompany interns and FSJ forces in everyday life
• Together with the team, you take responsibility for the structure, organization and processes in the group everyday
• You actively contribute to educational planning and everyday coordination

Your profile

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator or comparable qualification (according to PQVO)
• Pleasure of active, everyday work with children
• Pleasure to take responsibility in everyday teaching
• Ability to work even in living situations structured and quietly
• Communication strength and professional handling of parents and team
• sensitivity, reliability and team skills
• Interest in modern, open pedagogy and further development
• Want to work together instead of a single fighter role
