You are a very experienced building manager? The overall responsibility for prestigious, technically demanding major projects is the challenge you are looking for? As a construction manager / construction manager, you are responsible for the operational implementation of building and energy engineering plant construction projects at the construction site. You follow the implementation of the project in accordance with the deadline, cost and quality, in compliance with all contractual, legal and safety requirements. To do this, you coordinate all the works involved and act as a central interface between client, planning and execution.

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks General construction and control of construction and Plant engineering projects Coordination and guidance of specialist building managers, polishing and entrepreneurs Responsibility for appointment, cost and quality management at the construction site Implementation of the services according to the contractual project specifications Coordination with contracting entities, architects, expert planners, authorities and experts Control of the construction process, creation and maintenance of schedules Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental legislation Organisation and monitoring of partial, functional and final collections Preparation and participation in the handover to the client

Your profile - you should bring: Technical studies, e.g. supply engineering, process engineering or civil engineering, or also a technical training with further training as master/technician Multiannual professional experience (>3) as a construction manager or construction manager in the management of major projects in TGA, plant engineering or energy production Good knowledge of occupational safety Experience in handling international customers and good English skills (B1) Good communication skills and high cooperation and team skills High nationwide readiness, driving licence class B
