The SPU is the joint production unit of ZEISS. We produce key components for our ZEISS savings and are therefore the proficient and the hand of the pioneer ZEISS. With us creative ideas are implemented reliably.

Your role

With us you have the opportunity to optimally connect your studies and practice and to actively collaborate on exciting projects. So you gain valuable experiences, build your network and develop both professionally and personally. Operational support in HR processes (Change, Cultural and Transformation Projects) and take over administrative tasks (reporting, pre- and post-processing of appointments/workshops, etc.)

Taking responsibility for potential interviews (e.g. briefings, documents, appointment coordination) in cooperation with recruiting for executives and talents

Participation in people development initiatives and programmes (e.g. talent management, mentoring, leadership development, diversity) incl. Rollout support and evaluation

Maintenance of selected content in the SPU Intranet and preparation of text/image material to support HR/PE measures (enablement)

Support in the planning, co-design and implementation of internal formats and events

Successful ongoing studies in the field of economics or social sciences, psychology, BWL, (economic)edagogics, etc.

interest in HR topics, in particular personnel development, organisational development and transformation; Communication affinity is a plus

Structured, independent and reliable operation

Very good knowledge of German and secure written expressiveness;

Good knowledge of English

Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Discretion, sense of responsibility and joy in team work
