Apprenticeship as a personnel services clerk (m/f/d)

In your three-year training as a Human Resources Manager (m/w/d), you will learn about the tasks of our branch. We integrate you into the day-to-day business and provide you with sound knowledge and skills in recruiting and supporting qualified staff. You will also support us in attracting new and existing customers.

We give you the opportunity to get insights into the processes of a specialized service provider. You're going through the Recruiting, Sales and Employee Liability and Administration stations and you'll get to know the spectrum of the professional field. In order to make the job wishes of our qualified candidates (m/w/d) and demanding customers optimally ''matchen'', we use a modern candidate management software. You will work with this software every day and learn to use it specifically. Step by step, you get more responsibility in deployment planning, order acquisition and customer acquisition and support. The programme also focuses on the participation of job interviews and employment contracts.

You're interested in employee acquisition and sales. You are successful before reaching a good school degree or have already completed this or a higher degree. First knowledge of work in an office or with MS Office would be good, but are not a prerequisite. You need a good sense for people for the job of the personal service businessman (m/w/d). You are self-employed in action and work and show your own initiative in all tasks during the phases of practice and theory.

You get a varied and versatile training. If the prerequisite for a shortening of training is met, we support this on your request.
