Data analysis: You conduct analyses that support data-based decisions in all business areas. Modern data stack: You work with a sophisticated tech stack: data in snowflake, modelling with dbt and report creation with Amazon Quicksight. Data integration: You use a central data warehouse with diverse data sources: cash register systems, sales data, movement data, web tracking and e-commerce data along the entire customer journey – from product listing to shopping cart to payment and usage. Requirement management: You are the central speaker for reporting requirements and the further development of our complex data model. Collaboration: Together with our internal developers and external partners, you help our professional teams systematically make better, data-driven decisions. Business understanding: You understand our business model, know the details of all workflows and goals of your colleagues. You support them with advice and tailored reports.

Skills and values that match us

Experience: You bring several years of experience as a data engineer or data architect, ideally in a company with web and app products. Experience in the e-commerce environment is particularly valuable – you understand how articles move through the system architecture (from the online shop to ordering processes to billing). Knowledge of cloud solutions such as Snowflake and AWS are a plus. SQL know-how: Secure handling of complex SQL queries is a prerequisite. Experience with dbt and Git is desirable. Business Intelligence: You have experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or Looker – we use Amazon Quicksight. Governance: Knowledge of Data Governance, Understanding Security Requirements and Compliance (GDPR). Soft Skills: You are strong in German (mind. C1) and English, solution-oriented and are happy to work in the team. You can discuss technical details with service providers and support colleagues in data analysis. Organizational talent: You work structured, prioritize effectively and bring experience with tools like Jira or Asana.
