Head of the Scan and Output Center sub-area with approximately 20 employees, in particular: Responsibility for smooth operation and the strategic further development of the sub-area and its service portfolio Leadership and development of employees, including training and training planning, planning of services, priority setting and promotion of team-based cooperation Continuous optimization of the performance of the processes within the framework of the existing performance portfolio Development and establishment of target images, standards and guidelines for controlling and developing the work processes in the scanning and output center Targeted delegation of tasks taking into account uniform standards and common working principles Perception of specialist tasks in the scanning and output center, among others: Definition and configuration of the interfaces to customers and development of needs-oriented, individual solutions Ensuring, support and further development of software-based applications in the Scan Center (e.g., Scan Client) and Output Center (e.g. Infoprint Manager) Technical preparation and monitoring of software-related measures as part of new orders from the Scan and Output Center
