In this position, you report directly to the National Group Account Manager Off-Trade and keep his back in the day-to-day business with the food trade centers.

DISCLOSURE:

Comprehensive, internal service of our key account customers in the LEH. This includes the acquisition of customer communication and the independent processing of inquiries, complaints and contradictions Reliable interface coordination between accounting, logistics, marketing, key account management and external services Own takeover of administrative and operational tasks with a high own initiative, in particular in the care of master data, article lists, price groups and invoices Responsibility for formal, content and computational examination of invoices and clarification of invoice differences and deposit accounts Creating meaningful evaluations and reports on sales, sales and promotions as well as participation in planning and project tasks Participation in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and creation of customer presentations

You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and have a pronounced level of organization and communication. You are characterized by a high readiness to use, a pronounced hands-on mentality, analytical thinking and a strong numerical affinity. You ideally have a completed business studies or a comparable commercial training. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the field of external services, key account or sales. You can control the current MS Office applications safely and at best have first experiences in the application of Dynamics.
