Support of construction projects and construction sites in the North German area with a focus on occupational safety in the special field Implementation of vulnerabilities and advice in the preparation of risk assessments Coordination and implementation of the causes of work accidents including collection, analysis and determination of the corresponding measures Detection of areas of action from observations, dialogues and accident analyses, as well as the development of measures to integrate occupational health and safety in the workplace Development of training and materials for managers and employees in the operational field, as well as internal training in order to qualify responsible persons on site and, in particular, the construction staff employed. Completed training on occupational safety or a comparable qualification Knowledge/Professional experience in the field Safe handling of current MS Office applications Self-employed and motivated organization of daily work tasks Sovereign and safer occurrence, combined with a partnership Dealing with colleagues, contractors, authorities, supervisors and other contractors Social competence, communication and conflictability Very good German and good English skills Class B travel and driving licence
