Civil Engineer (m/w/d) with a focus on object planning and 2D/3D building designs

In order to support the existing team in Dresden, we are looking for you as a building engineer (m/w/d) with a focus on object planning and 2D/3D building designs.

Your main tasks include object planning in the field of construction engineering structures, including bridges, traffic sign bridges and noise protection walls, from the performance phases 1-4 and 6. Furthermore, you are responsible for creating phase-specific planning documents, including pre-planning and building designs with cost and quantity determination. Their responsibilities include effective coordination with clients, specialist planning offices, public authorities and media agencies. The perspective takeover of independent project management and responsibility is envisaged. Ideally, you bring experience in object planning in constructive engineering. You have knowledge of engineering specialist software such as Allplan and RIB iTWO as well as the relevant rules (ZTV-ING, RiZ, RE-ING, RAB-ING).

Your knowledge base forms your successfully completed technical or university studies in civil engineering. A multi-year professional experience in object planning in construction engineering is advantageous. You have extensive knowledge of engineering specialist software such as Allplan and RIB iTWO as well as the common rules of construction engineering (ZTV-ING, RiZ, RE-ING, RAB-ING). The ability to design buildings in 2D and 3D is characterized by you. Knowledge in Desite is considered desirable. A basic knowledge of HOAI completes your profile. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are essential for the position.
