Your tasks: Support and active participation in sales-relevant projects, e.g. the introduction of new products, processes or sales concepts Support in implementing strategic sales initiatives and campaigns Development and updating of training documents, learning concepts, discussion guides and immigrants Conception, planning and implementation of presence trainings, workshops, coachings “on the job” and virtual training formats Support of sales staff during customer discussions incl. Feedback and preparation of individual development plans Intermediation of sales skills, communication techniques and demand analyses Implementation and planning of success controls of training, coaching and training Ensuring the sustainable implementation of training content in everyday sales Continuous development, quality assurance and professional support of the Bank's consulting process taking into account customer needs and sales objectives Coordinator and interface for personnel development Coordination of external trainer incl. Partners

Your profile: Intensive and versatile knowledge of the banking business with several years of experience in sales Ideally further business knowledge, e.g. bank training, supplements with specialist training and/or successfully completed economic studies Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Long-standing experience in training on the job and experience in coaching are desirable Technical and methodological knowledge
