New customer acquisition: You actively gain new customers for our leading tech & security trade fairs & identify targeted relevant target companies; also about unconventional ways. You are responsible for the entire sales process: from initial contact to negotiation to completion. Your focus is clearly on the acquisition of new exhibitors in the German market. Lead generation: You are systematically building your own pipeline and continuously develop it. In doing so, you have clear acquisition goals in mind & measures your success in specific degrees. We also have close cooperation with our marketing for the implementation of targeted lead campaigns, as well as with the brand sector, in order to further develop trade fair brands strategically and customer-centrically.
You are the strongest in sales if you can actively win new customers. You bring several years of professional experience (about 2 to 5 years) in the cold acquisition/new customer acquisition; ideally in the B2B environment. You are communication-strong, convincing & graduate-oriented. As Sales Manager/ Sales Manager, you live “sufficient” & “contact joy” to the fullest. Relationship Care & Network Care are therefore important to you! Regular travel is not a must for you, but a success factor in sales!
