Check announced ship deliveries and update delivery data in case of deviations Telephone care of freight forwarders and shipping companies Capturing incoming shipments in the ERP system and placing the goods accompanying documents as well as filing and commissioning of shipments at freight forwarders and shipping companies according to Customer appointment specification Creating the necessary customs documents (Transit) incl. Retrieve releases to open unpaid containers Implementation of customs clearance: processing of goods for free circulation or Transfer of the goods to the customs agent Creating internal transport and processing jobs Systemic initiation of storage of the supplied raw coffee and booking of stocks

Completed vocational training to/from the forwarding businessman (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification Knowledge in the above-mentioned fields Experience in shipping and logistics as well as ideal customs knowledge Good German and English in Word and Scripture
