These are your tasks: Assessment of commercial and residential properties based on national and international procedures Implementation of object visits Creation of purchase reports, development appraisals and scenario analyses Evaluation of economic and property-specific data Creation of market value assessments

That's what you bring: Successfully completed studies or a comparable property-specific qualification Multiannual professional experience in real estate assessment Designed, team-oriented, flexible and resilient Very good German and good English skills Very good computer skills (in particular MS-Excel, Argus Enterprise and/or LORA desirable) Professional experience in real estate assessment
