Total responsibility for a nationally and internationally established business area in the context of engineering, IT and project solutions with the automotive, aerospace & defence market segments as well as other technology-driven business areas Further development and implementation of the corporate strategy and active design of the future growth and business model Responsibility for achieving the operational and strategic growth, sales and earnings targets of the business unit Identification, evaluation and development of new business areas, market potentials and growth opportunities Establishment and maintenance of resilient relationships with decision-makers at management, management and C-level level as well as management of strategic contract and business negotiations Responsibility for the support and further development of key customer relationships and the long-term assurance of business success Managing the profitability of the business unit by continuously optimizing structures, processes and cost models

Successfully completed studies with an economic or comparable background Multiannual leadership experience with comprehensive earnings responsibility in a technology, project or service-oriented environment Found experience in contract and project business as well as a deep understanding of project-based business models Detectable successes in controlling growth, profitability, transformation and organisational further development Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and high competence in KPI-based management of complex business units Sovereign appearance at management and C level level as well as pronounced negotiating and closing strength High implementation orientation, enforcement ability and ability to bring people, organisations and strategies to work successfully Affinity for digitalization, data-based corporate governance and modern management instruments German and English knowledge and international readiness to travel
