Preparing the construction site as well as process and resource planning: ensuring smooth project execution through careful planning. Construction and billing: Responsibility for the execution of construction work and subsequent billing. Documentation: Comprehensive collection and management of all relevant project data. Coordination of material and personnel use: organisation and control of the use of resources, including cooperation with subcontractors. Use of state-of-the-art technologies: application of advanced methods such as Micro-Cabling and Micro-Trenching. Contact person for client: Central communication interface for all interests of the client.

Vocational training: completed technical training or studies (e.g. civil engineer) with about 4 years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally with first management experience as a building manager. Driving licence: Class B is required. Mounting insert: readiness to Germany-wide inserts. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge (level C1) for communication at the construction site. Negotiating skills: experience in dealing with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
