Airfreight Branch Manager (m/f/d)

You conduct the daily operating business of the branch and ensure efficient processes and compliance with all corporate policies.

You are responsible for the economic development of the establishment and tax the achievement of sales, earnings and profitability targets.

You build long-term relationships with key customers and continuously develop existing customer partnerships.

You recruit, guide, motivate and develop your employees and promote a powerful team culture.

You ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements and minimise business risks.

You develop and implement strategies for attracting new customers and expanding the market share of the branch.

You identify optimization potentials and implement innovative measures to increase efficiency, quality and productivity.

You represent the branch to customers, business partners and local networks and actively support business development.

You have completed training or studies in the field of forwarding, logistics, transport management or a comparable qualification.

You have several years of professional experience in air freight.

You bring leadership experience and enjoy developing and motivating teams.

You have a strong commercial understanding and experience in managing budgets and financial key figures.

You are convinced by strong customer orientation and experience in building long-term business relationships.

You think strategically, trade entrepreneurial and meet sound decisions.

You have strong communication, negotiation and enforcement capabilities.

You can master German and English safely in word and writing.
