You are passionately responsible for the management of the store and are at the same time ambassador of the brand Tilemax. You are responsible for all processes within the store. You are contact for the headquarters and for your team. You are always market-oriented, customer-oriented and sales-oriented and therefore contribute to achieving the company's goals. You're thinking of a highly qualified customer consultation throughout the team.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or a study (ideally in the field of business administration). You are sales-oriented and have fun getting active on our customers. You have the willingness to take over leadership responsibility and bring the radiation as well as the potential of a team leader. You are a real organizational designer and create a powerful working environment in your store. You should be online affinity and want to try new media all the time. Your own initiative and self-organization are not foreign words for you. You are ready to face your challenges after an intensive training.
