Strengthen our team at the Oberursel site in Frankfurt am Main and take responsibility for our damage systems.

All-inspection and professional development of our damage systems (specialized concepts) as a professional owner Analyze, evaluate and prioritize technical requirements from the damage areas as well as create technical requirements and user stories in close cooperation with specialist areas and development teams Optimize and automate case processing under efficiency and service aspects as well as design and further development of processes and functions along the damage facility, processing and regulation Developing and implementing new digital services and process innovations as part of the digital transformation Defining test cases and coordinating technical tests Planning and conducting presentations and training for users and employees, including accompanying trainees Accompanying and communicating change processes and controlling cooperation with internal and external interfaces and stakeholders – active transfer of ideas for a lively culture of innovation Active cooperation in various projects, including (sub-)project managers, as well as taking on special tasks and necessary coordination with executives and relevant contact persons

Training or study and multiannual professional experience in a similar interface function between IT and specialist areas in insurance and Financial services Funded knowledge of damage management, the relevant tariff, contract and conditional works and good overview of current market developments Experience in project management and practical know-how in the areas of analysis, modelling and design of end-to-end processes Faible for technical innovations, digitalization trends and the use of AI Ability to visualize complex situations, to develop solutions and to present them at different levels in an address-oriented manner Service orientation, design will and decision-making pleasure as well as pronounced social skills Team spirit and the ability to combine different interests and actively promote change
