The outpatient care service Gedern offers people professional and reliable care at home. The facility is connected to the Altepflegeheim Haus Vogelsberg in Gedern. Our employees work hand in hand in a team where everyone can feel comfortable and develop.

Mission Leben is a non-profit company in the context of the deacon. Around 2,500 employees support in 40 facilities in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate people with care needs, with disabilities or in social emergencies as well as children and young people.

Your future tasks

• They conduct the basic care of our residents by themselves
• They accompany and support them through professional care
• They carefully implement our quality standards
• You document your care measures on your PC
