Team Leader Application Management (m/f/d)

Application management bundles all tasks to develop and operate our central system landscape. This applies in particular to our ERP application eGecko and our BI tool jedox. As an interface between our application systems, external and internal requirements and our development service providers, you play a key role in the digital transformation of our company. Your tasks include: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Active design of the strategic development of our system landscape and adjacent systems Control, monitoring and continuous development of our system landscape (in particular ERP and BI application) Control of external service providers (introduction of new modules/functions, development/Change management, quality assurance, acceptances, support) Determination and specification of requirements together with key users from the respective fields, testing requirements in the overall system context support and advice of users and key users in matters, problems and new applications; Enabled users (communication, training) Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and data protection standards in application operation Documentation of the system landscape and all essential dependencies Responsible for compliance with statutory requirements (work security, accident protection, data and information security) and for compliance with internal guidelines and work instructions The place is for the first time limited to 2 years. Further employment beyond this period is generally sought.

Completed training / studies in the field of (economic) informatics or business management with a focus on IT Multiannual experience in the introduction, operation and further development of larger application systems (in particular ERP and BI applications) Strong decision-making and implementation capability, combined with strategic vision and competence to communicate complex topics address-oriented and convincingly Management experience as well as competence in the control, organisation and development of a team as well as in the control of external service providers Ability to understand complex relationships and implement requirements in this context Ready to actively shape change and drive digital innovations forward German language and writing skills and good English skills
