Job DescriptionYour Tasks You support project management activities, including maintaining project timelines and following up on items.

You prepare, support, and follow up on internal and external meetings, including the creation of presentation templates and documentation.

You assist in completing tender and questionnaires, making use of AI tools search as ChatGPT.

You design, conduct, and measured surveys using Microsoft Forms.

You carry out desk research on sustainability topics, such as decarbonization measures, ESG benchmarking, and peer comparisons.

Your Profile You are currently in a degree program search as Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Sustainability Management, International Business, Business Psychology, or a comparable field, ideally with initial exposure to PMO or project-based work.

You are confident in using MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

You are familiar with ChatGPT or similar AI tools and use them effectively for research and structured content creation.

You have a basic understanding of ESG principles and sustainability topics (considered a plus).

You are fluent in English.

You communicate clearly and professionally in writing, phone calls, and meetings.

You work independently, proactively, and in a structured, self-driven manner.

You demonstrate strong attention to detail as well as analytical and organizational skills.
