For detailed information please visit www.hzdr.de On May 1, 2026 we are looking for a dedicated Projektleiter (m/w) The body is limited until 31 July 2027 (parent-time representation) and offers an exciting interface between legal advice, human resources management and co-design of legally secure HR processes. The work site is Dresden-Rossendorf. The weekly working time is 39 hours.

Advising the HR department and the executives on individual and collective labour issues Participation in the design, legal examination and implementation of standardized and legally secure HR processes, operating arrangements and other personal-relevant regulations; incl. Negotiations with the works council Required support of staff representatives Preparation of relevant amendments to legislation and notifications of the supervised units in ministries and their implementation in operational personnel work (e.g. contract components, forms, technical texts) Correspondence with offices, authorities and law firms

Graduate degree in law, economic law or administrative or administrative studies Economics with a focus on labour law and comparable qualifications Knowledge of working law, in particular TVöD/TV‐L, WissZeitVG, GDPR, BBesG and AWG First professional experience in the field of staff, ideally in a public institution/research institution Experience in negotiations with employee representatives and bodies desirable Ability to communicate complex legal issues in a practical and comprehensible manner Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and high consulting skills High social competence, negotiation skills and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
