Advising the HR department and the executives on individual and collective labour issues Participation in the design, legal examination and implementation of standardized and legally secure HR processes, operating arrangements and other personal-relevant regulations; incl. Negotiations with the works council Required support of staff representatives Preparation of relevant amendments to legislation and notifications of the supervised units in ministries and their implementation in operational personnel work (e.g. contract components, forms, technical texts) Correspondence with offices, authorities and law firms
