BIM specialist for our DSD starter project Scan-Med

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as specialist consultant BIM (w/m/d) in our DSD starter project Scandinavian-Mediterranean (Scan-Med) for DB InfraGO AG, implementation center ETCS Southeast/Mitte. Your tasks:

You develop and validate BIM goals and applications for the various subprojects and works In doing so, you will arrange for the creation and testing of required award documents in the BIM context for planning and construction services, in particular the creation of client information requirements (AIA) You will also participate in the introduction of the common data environment “Platform Digital Project Management” (PDPM) and implement it in the project Administration and management of data environments Examination of the BIM project execution plans (BAP) and the delivery objects of the contractors regarding conformity with AIA and BAP The project progress with regard to BIM as well as the cause of deviations, you regularly check, analyze and evaluate risks and develop countercontrol measures You implement BIM in the project and inspire the team

Your profile:

Fach- / University degree in a technical field, ideally in the field of BIM, civil engineering or economic engineering, architecture, building management, civil engineering, geoinformation or comparable First professional experience in the safe application of the BIM method in planning and construction as well as in project management in infrastructure or construction You have already worked with specialist software (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, DESITE md pro, BIMcollab) and you are working safely with the standard MS Office tools Teamwork – you like to work in a dedicated project team and trade independently, flexibly and earnings-oriented For you, the joy of the economic and goal-oriented implementation of projects counts You are open to new and ready to go new ways in project realization
