Production staff (m/w/d) work in an exciting and dynamic environment where precision and reliability play a decisive role. The main task is to ensure a smooth production process and produce products according to strict quality standards.

• Operation and monitoring of production machines to ensure efficient operation.
• Implementation of quality controls to ensure product standards.
• Cooperation with colleagues in the team to achieve production targets in time.
• Documentation of production processes and maintenance of plants.
• Self-detection and elimination of small technical problems.

We are looking for

• completed training or first professional experience in the field of production or in a similar profession.
• Technical understanding and the ability to operate production machines.
• High level of reliability and sense of responsibility.
• Teamability and motivation to achieve predetermined goals.
• Physical loadability and an eye for details.
