You control and accompany the entire Bid process to create a new customer offer with the support of the PreSales team and assist the Sales Manager in creating offer presentations As part of the Bid process, you identify the necessary resources and coordinate resource management across departments You ensure a smooth process from the tender or new customer request to the creation of offers and contribute to the successful generation of new sales opportunities You're working on inquiries and alerts with the PreSales team. “Quality Gates” and are responsible for their consistent implementation and compliance You actively participate in ensuring efficient sales processes and are responsible for compliance requirements

You have completed economic studies or comparable vocational training with several years of practical experience and additional qualifications in the sales field You have high IT and sales affinity as well as process knowledge in the field of bid management due to several years of experience in IT and sales You can convince with very good English and excellent German skills You are characterized by very good communication and presentation skills, coordination skills and readiness to travel as well as excellent customer orientation
