Employee Patient Management Health Care (m/f/d)

Our customer supports companies and their managers throughout Germany in the field of health care and offers a service that is based on the latest findings of medical research. For support at the location in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) patient management health care in full or part-time (min. 30 hours/week) as part of direct placement.

You coordinate, organize and manage dates with managers and private patients (m/w/d). You advise patients individually on the services offered, plan check-up days and ensure an optimisation of the time utilisation. In addition, you provide external partners, such as cooperation practices and other service providers.

You have successfully completed your training as an office businessman (m/w/d), secretary (m/w/d) or businessman in the healthcare sector and have already gained several years of experience in patient acceptance, medical secretariat or in a comparable service-oriented environment. In dealing with private patients and corporate executives, you will always be confident, discreet and service-oriented. You convince by their pronounced organizational and communication strength, their high quality awareness, as well as hand-on mentality and stress resistance. In dealing with MS Office, especially Excel and Word, you are versed.
