In technical contract management, you play a central role at the interface between technology, purchasing, project management, law and external service providers. You accompany technical contracts throughout the life cycle, create transparency to services, deadlines and risks and support economic and legal implementation.

Examination, maintenance and structured management of technical contracts, performance descriptions and contract-relevant documents Monitoring of durations, deadlines, termination dates, performance levels and contractual obligations Support in the creation, testing and coordination of subordinates, contractual changes and additional agreements Coordination with technical fields, purchasing, law, controlling and external partners on contractual matters Creation of evaluations, status reports and clear contractual documentation Participation in tendering, awarding and content assessment of technical performance Support in the further development of standards, processes, templates and internal processes in contract management

Completed commercial, technical or business training or comparable studies professional experience in contract management, technical project management, or in the control of external service providers Good technical understanding and safe handling of contracts, performance directories and interface processes Structured, analytical and careful working with high quality and responsibility Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with ERP, CAFM or contract management systems Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a professional occurrence in voting and negotiation situations
