You take over the technical and organizational management of our fleet workshop. You run the workshop team and are responsible for the deployment and task planning. You plan, control and monitor maintenance, repair and maintenance work. You provide a high technical availability of our fleet – from trucks and cars to forklifts and wheel loaders to excavators. You also diagnose and eliminate complex technical and hydraulic disturbances. You organize tests, maintenance intervals and legally prescribed investigations. You coordinate external service providers and suppliers. You are responsible for the spare parts management, the workshop organization and compliance with our working and quality standards. You are also actively involved in demanding repairs and technical projects. Together with your team, you optimize existing workshop processes and bring your own ideas to improve our processes. Guided tour also means to pass on knowledge. In addition to your workshop team you will also accompany our junior staff: You serve and promote our trainees professionally and personally. You provide expertise and safe handling of machines, vehicles and tools. You support the planning and implementation of operational training.

(m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification Ideally a further education to the master or technician – alternatively multi-year professional experience with leadership responsibility Knowledge of hydraulics, vehicle engineering and maintenance Experience in the organization and control of workshop processes Management strength as well as pronounced communication and organizational ability An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach Willingness to shiftwork and occasional work on weekends
