For our company Sonepar Deutschland GmbH we are looking for a dedicated, qualified and high-communication full-time

In the Corporate Communications team, you will perform independent tasks within our Corporate Newsroom after being incorporated. You report directly to the VP Communications for Germany.

• Responsibility for planning and implementing communication measures with focus on internal communication
• Advice and enablement in effective communication
• independent search of content and its editorial preparation for internal and external media
• Self-initiative contact setup and networking with internal stakeholders on topics
• Support in the implementation of employee events in the context of our event management incl. Participant management, organisation of the conference and framework programme in cooperation with external service providers
• Close cooperation with the team colleagues in Germany and at international level to plan and coordinate the issues on internal and external communication channels
• Independent success measurement based on defined KPIs
• Control of external service providers, project and budget controlling
• Participation in transnational projects

You will fit us if you

• have completed a successful training in the field of journalism/PR/communication and/or studies with a corresponding focus,

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a PR/Company Communication, Editorial or PR agency,

• various topics and projects with ease work both managst and structured,

• a pronounced competence in text and editorial staff as well as a good, error-free expression in the German language you will be distinguished,

• Language knowledge in English at a very good level in word and writing as well as routined knowledge in MS Office applications.
