HR Coordinator Young Talents (m/f/d)

Determining the needs and setting of trainees and working students with the specialist departments as well as the organisation and implementation of (digital) interviews, including preparation and follow-up of discussions Takeover of personal business tasks for the interns and working students employed at the Hanover site (on- and off-boarding, contract and certification, maintenance of personnel documents, appointment and time management as well as general administrative HR activities) Supporting the trainees and working students employed, including the reliable answer to technical and organizational questions, support throughout the entire operation and ensuring a smooth running in daily business Support in relevant HR processes, including the audit of contract periods, ensuring correct time and presence data and cooperative cooperation with the works council Accompanying and participating in azuubic and university events (e.g. professional information fairs, junior recruiting events, free speeches), including logistical preparation, coordination on site and follow-up Support in the development and implementation of HR marketing strategies for addressing and binding young talents as well as designing and creating content for various social media channels Close cooperation with external advertising agencies and trade fair organisers Design and content development of strategic presentations for the management and support of training management in daily business Self-employed processing of modern HR projects (Young Talents and Employer Branding)

You have completed a degree in the field of personnel, business management or a comparable discipline You bring relevant professional experience in the HR environment and have first knowledge of labour law Ideally, you have already completed the training exam (AdA) You have a high intercultural competence and convince by strong communication and team skills You can also win, motivate and move people without direct leadership responsibility You think, take responsibility and enjoy making processes smarter and more uniform Handling modern office tools is easy for you You communicate very safely in German and English – orally as in writing
