Responsible technical property management for economic units in the responsible portfolio support for commercial property management in all technical matters; Definition, procurement and award of required technical and infrastructure services and audit control and coordination of external service providers and contractors in the technical and infrastructural field, in particular FM service providers; Monitoring compliance with all requirements and regulations, especially in maintenance, inspections and SV tests control the implementation of smaller maintenance and repair measures including acceptance; Monitoring of warranty periods and implementation of warranty management Development of an object-related maintenance planning and annual budget planning with regard to maintenance, repair, modernization measures at object level; under-year target-actual comparison incl. Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, utility technology, facility management or technician or master degree in the field of HKLS, electrical or building technology or comparable qualification You have at least three years of professional experience in technical property management or facility management of commercial, industrial property Very good knowledge of current MS Office applications Business Property Management processes are familiar to you
