Your tasks

• Preparation and setting of food by menus and recipes
• Monitoring stocks and ordering ingredients
• Compliance with hygiene regulations in the kitchen (HACCP)
• Working with the menu planning and implementation of new ideas
• Responsibility for the quality and presentation of food

• Experience in gastronomy of advantage
