Your new tasks

As Project Director SAP Lifecycle Management, you take on the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the planning, initialization and implementation of complex SAP transformation and implementation projects in the international corporate environment. You control cross-functional teams and are responsible for the successful implementation along the entire project lifecycle using your technical and technical SAP domain expertise and application of relevant project management methods. Strategic management of company-wide SAP projects focusing on S/4HANA migrations and digital transformation Leadership and development of interdisciplinary project teams within an international matrix organisation Control and coordination of external consulting partners and technical service providers Overall responsibility for project architecture, including planning, budgeting, resource management, time frame and quality assurance Effective stakeholder management as well as close cooperation with international departments and decision-makers Control critical project phases such as risk, test, cutover, change and communication management Application of established project management methods - classic and agile - depending on the project context and objective

Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect or SAP Solution Owner with in-depth expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling and/or Sales & Distribution At least eight years of project management experience in large-scale, business-oriented SAP ERP transformation projects Successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA rollouts in international corporate structures, preferably in the high-tech, automotive, chemical, or manufacturing industries Proven competence in establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external project stakeholders at all levels Intercultural experience in working with global teams, especially in Europe and Asia Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams in a goal-oriented manner Excellent communication skills in English at executive level; English language skills are an advantage Entrepreneurial thinking with strategic planning skills and strong implementation skills in the of digital initiatives Analytical thinking, orientation results, and resilience - even in complex and dynamic project environments We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
