Technical Manager Test Bench Development (m/f/d)

Takeover of technical responsibility in the project and the planning of development and development Support services and commissioning of complex plants throughout the product production cycle and product life cycle Planning the technical concept, defining and controlling the realization, so that the technical objective is achieved in the required and expected quality as well as in the time and cost framework Defining the product structure, the requirements for the configuration units, the baseline, creating the documentation lists (configuration identification) coordination of the members assigned to the project; Voting and defining the tasks for assigned stakeholders compliant specification, planning and technical design (system design/system architecture) taking into account possible rights and licenses of third parties and legal requirements Formulation of the task and the specification for the departments and subcontractors performing prior to commissioning the performance Plan and coordinate the verification and validation results (V&V activities) by creating qualification and detection programs Verification of development documents, complaints, construction deviations and technical documentation Technical assessment of scales, realisation issues, dates and costs for development and integration and commissioning in consultation with the project management, subcontractors or other company-external or internal bodies Preparation and implementation of draft audits (reviews/progress audits) in the sense of predictive time and cost control and participation in audits

Technical studies with a focus on system development, mechanical engineering, plant engineering or a comparable discipline Professional experience in planning, development and commissioning of test equipment/test stands and in the production of the associated documentation Detectional knowledge in dealing with legal framework conditions e.g. of industrial plants (explosion and fire protection assessments / risk assessment) Good knowledge of MS project and common MS Office applications Experience in the field of requirement management (Jama) is beneficial Programming experience in PLC programming is beneficial
